Gorelenok Irina Valeryevna was born on January 31, 1972 in Moscow. In 1995 she graduated from Moscow state University named after M.V. Lomonosov with a degree in Law.
From 1998 to 2000 she worked as a chief specialist of the office of the Deputy of the Moscow city Duma.
Since 2000 she began her activity in the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Moscow.
She has consistently filled positions from a legal consultant to the head of the expert legal inspection of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Moscow.
By the resolution of the Moscow city Duma since September 16, 2019 she was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Moscow.
Irina Valeryevna has a class rank of the state civil service of the city of Moscow “the Valid state adviser of the city of Moscow of I class”.
She was also regarded with the Honorary diploma of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Moscow (2005), a Badge of Honour of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Moscow (2009), recorded in the Book of Honour of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Moscow (2013), the Medal for strengthening of financial control of Russia (2016), Gratitude of the Chairman of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Moscow (2017), letter of Commendation from Mayor of Moscow (2018), the Certificate of Honour of the Moscow city Duma (2018), has the Honorary title “Honoured worker of the state service of Moscow” (2014).
